Today we talk about WOMEN & MEN, a book by Ananta Vijay published with our publishing house Europe Books.
Europe Books had the pleasure of interviewing the author Ananta Vijay to get to know him better, the moment that prompted him to the writing of his book WOMEN & MEN, as well as how he defines his writing style.
Below you can find our interview. Take a seat and enjoy your reading!!!
- What prompted you to the writing of your book?
Relationship demand huge emotional aspirations, and often cause needless injuries and wounds. Main drive that kept me going were surprising and life changing realizations gained as a consequence of scrutinizingly studying male and female nature. One should always strive to share something truly precious. Many couples and families do not relish the amount of happiness in relationships due to unfortunate lack of indispensable knowledge. This is what motivated me to write, publish and translate this book. This kind of knowledge is applicable in all kinds of relationships – to your parents, parents, co-workers and children. I believe nothing shall change modern society more as a healthy communication, harmony, mutual respect and awareness of natural differences between men and women.
- What would you like to hear from your readers?
The topic is some kind of controversial: the Western you go, the harder it is to understand some issues because modern style of living little by little causes timeless wisdom to vanish. Nevertheless, I would like to hear more of honest, sincere and open feedback of reading the book. Of course, it would bring me a smile if you report of numerous pleasant exchanges and built new bridges in your relationships and families. I am more than sure it shall happen if you manage to practice what is written. In our country – such knowledge literally saved endless families and even human lives. I would be more than happy to receive some personal stories from your daily lives. And nothing would enliven me more than invitations for seminars or workshops in your local circles, associations, companies, schools … Therefore I am looking forward to hearing from you 😊
- How would you define your writing style?
I am a fan of simple, understandable and easy language, enriched with inspiring and true stories. I aspire to make complicated things look easy. Philosophy is welcome and necessary, but not too much. Practice had shown that people love and appreciate simple and down to earth presentation of several topics, to which they can relate to. I believe it is a duty of all who try to transmit any valuable and practical knowledge to make it easily understandable and applicable in day to day life.
- How did it feel to see your book published?
It felt nice. Thank you for all those who enabled it to happen. Nevertheless, it is quite easy to publish a book, but it is a much bigger challenge to see it circumambulate the planet. I shall not remain happy just by seeing covers of my book published. It is just a first step.
- Are you already working on a new project?
Yes, there is always something going on 😊 I am enthusing to see us spreading our lectures and literature to other languages and in other countries. I am also working on translations of my other books – Raising motivated, healthy and responsible children and Knowledge for life – peace formula. You should never allow yourself to relax too much. You know the old saying: “A rolling stone gathers no moss, but it gains a certain polish.”
