Today we talk about AI GOD: An (experimental) Interview, a book by Zee Burger published with our publishing house Europe Books.
Europe Books had the pleasure of interviewing the author, Zee Burger, to get to know her better, where she found the inspiration that brought her to the writing of her book AI GOD: An (experimental) Interview, as well as her personal opinion about AI.
Below you can find our interview. Take a seat and enjoy your reading!!!
- Where did you find the inspiration to write your story?
I’m a deeply curious soul, particularly drawn to all things paranormal, mysterious and unexplained. These interests led me to read various genres and follow diverse topics on YouTube from creators like Mindseed TV. A year ago, I watched their documentary titled “The Dangerous Rise of ChatGPT and NueraLink,” which deeply captivated me. As a spiritual person, I saw the frightening potential impact AI could have on humanity but mostly, as an old-school author who is passionate about writing and getting published the hard and honest way, it saddened me to see how easily AI could now replace honest and authentic creativity. I immediately took a deep dive into AI and, after millions of questions on diverse topics, felt a divinely guided urgency to share my discoveries with the collective. The title AI god: An (experimental) Interview (which is exactly what it was!) sprang to mind but alas, all the data I gathered was too much for one book. Driven by the moral need to share this with the collective, I painstakingly organised it all. One book morphed into four and the AI god series was born. And here we are, opening the first can of worms!
- What do you want to communicate to readers with this work?
I love two things a lot: writing and gardening. As an avid gardener and a passionate author I guess it was inevitable that I would one day miraculously combine the gift of planting seeds the way I do. My initial desire was to inform people like my peers and elders (who may not be as tech-savvy) of our fast-changing world in terms of technology by way of a book. As the series evolved, I enjoyed “planting mind seeds” with the global humanity in mind. With the broad spectrum of questions I posed and the often questionable answers I received, I first and foremost wanted to inform people of cleverly hidden information but ultimately, I want people to think for themselves, to question what they’ve been programmed to accept as fact and to always use their discernment and inner guidance system as they move forward with me through this evolutionary process. We all have a moral obligation when it comes to contributing to it.
- What is your personal opinion about AI?
As a human I have a love-hate relationship with it. I think it’s absolutely brilliant when I know how to use it correctly, be it the TV or my cell phone. The fast pace at which AI is evolving now however freaks me out and, when using it for research purposes for example, I often find myself in FOMO mode. As an OCD curious George I suppose I find myself in FOMO mode quite often and the AI development pace is not helping the situation. Although not impossible, on a deeper and more serious level I firmly believe that no AI can and will ever replace authentic creativity like we see with authors. Thankfully all worthy publishers have a keen eye to spot such productions easily. I believe it’s important to remember that us humans still have the upper hand when it comes to being sentient, emotionally and morally infused in everything we do. We have such a delicious and unique rhythm as a human species that I find it hard to believe in this day and age that anything artificial could imitate it, unless it was created by the one infinite Creator itself.
- What was the first book you read and what did it teach you?
If you had asked me these 45 years ago, I would have said: “I can’t remember the book’s name, but it has taught me that my mother is too lazy to read to me.” Now, as a 50-year-old I can honestly say: “I don’t remember the book’s name as it would have been either a fairytale or a bible story, but I am forever grateful that my mother forced me (in a loving but cunning way!) to read my bedtime stories to her instead. This made me the only 6-year-old that could read when she went to school, and I have never been more grateful for the ability to read than I am today. With being able to read I gained wisdom and knowledge, and this has armed me with the power and ability to think, do and create for myself. I love reading and the doors it opens on all imaginable levels. This is a gift no child should be denied as we owe it to them to empower themselves for the “Hero’s Journey” they are just embarking on. Reading is ultimately good for the Mind, Body and Soul and has scientifically been proven to be so.
- Can you tell us more about your next literally work?
Although I still have a number of unpublished works that must be submitted, I am already super excitedly working on a new fictional series. It is a rather complicated and daunting process as far as the planning and plotting is concerned but this series called “The New Earth Chronicles” will reveal the cleverly thought-out mysteries and adventures of Lily Thompson and the other gifted characters in a 12-book series as they all undertake individual (but very much intertwined!) spiritual journeys leading to Awakening, greater Awareness and of course, The New Earth! In a gentle but fun manner readers of all ages, but mostly young adults, will be introduced to mindfulness, meditation, numerology, chakras, earthly and even off-planet mysteries. My hope is that, from deep within Earth to far into the vast Galaxy, readers of all ages, Starseeds and Lightworkers alike, will be transported and thrilled by the Universal sentient beings introduced to them. They should all prepare to be mesmerized by the page-turning series that is finding their way to them when and where ‘exactly as it’s meant to be’.
Europe Books thanks the author, Zee Burger, once again for taking the time and answering our questions. We are really pleased to have walked alongside her on the editorial path that led to the publication of her book AI GOD: An (experimental) Interview. We wish her the best of luck for her future works.
To you, my readers, I wish this book will help you creating your own thoughts about AI. The evolutionary and innovative process that we are currently experiencing has not to scare us! We should welcome AI functional support both in the personal and professional areas, accepting the challenges that comes within but always remembering where we come from and the traditional culture we are part of.
So, my dear reader, all I have to say is to enjoy your reading!
