Today we talk about Healthy breakfast for busy and lazy, a book by Sveta Redmayne, published with our publishing house Europe Books.
Europe Books had the pleasure of interviewing the author, Sveta Redmayne, to get to know her better, what prompted her to write her book Healthy breakfast for busy and lazy, as well as if she experienced herself what she told in her book.
Below you can find our interview. Take a seat and enjoy your reading!!!
- Where did you find the inspiration to write this book? Have you experienced yourselves what you told in your book? How and when?
I’ve been thinking for a long time about writing this because, firstly, I like to cook for myself, making sure it’s tasty and healthy, but with a minimum amount of time spent on it. My friends have also asked me for recipes from time to time, so I decided to write for myself, for them and for everyone who appreciates their time or who simply does not like to spend hours in the kitchen, but would like to spend time in a healthy way. Therefore, the reader will find in the book not only recipes for breakfast, but I have tried to triple the benefits by describing the benefits of breakfast, how useful this or that product is and of course the awareness that our life, happiness and happiness are in our hands and the responsibility of each of us. I have also described a few recommendations/tips that I use in my life as well. I think it’s better to take steps every day and stick to it, and then eventually you will get your result while having fun in the process, and not in a race to get burned out in the end. Healthy habits are the that is 100 % your responsibility, and it is in your power. After reading this book readers will be able to consistently prepare the breakfast with a minimum amount of effort and every morning has fun to make breakfast. Dear reader, do not forget. Your life, happiness and booty (a*s) on your own hands.
- What is the message you want to send out to your readers?
My mission is to impart knowledge, to show light, however it may sound, by taking responsibility to give knowledge/wisdom/learning qualitatively and that everything is possible in a different way, by believing and healing the wounded part of the Soul, to get on my side and gently with care and, love and allow myself More to come true and to turn out good, this is where my dharma ends. I am convinced that if everyone takes a look at themselves, heal the once wounded part of the soul, take responsibility for their lives, wake up and start living a healthy life and give themselves as much love/recognition/as their mothers may not have given, when they realize that they have grown up and can make up for all the deficits without grudging the past or their parents, then they will have more energy and opportunity to live their best and happiest life for good, without addictions and ignorance. Mom/dad/past experiences could have been anything, the only question is what have you done with it for the good of yourself and your life?
- How would you describe your writing style?
It seems to me, it’s a mix between a recipe, motivational and non-fiction book if I can say that.
- Are you already working on a new book?
Yes, I do. With the release of the first book delayed and, in the meantime, I have written more of the same series on lunch and dinner, as a bonus as a continuation). I have already written a book “Drink up and get healthier” which includes information from different areas: it is written about cells and our immune system, this book has scientific data, information from medicine and different healing, herbal recipes because there are herbs and combinations of products and how to get rid of colds, angina or other symptoms without pills, and also from nutritiology, because I studied on Health coach and also used knowledge and observations when I traveled to Japan, China. Plus, Chinese medicine is over 5000 years old much more and the effect is better than taking a pill, I won’t mention it but which is prescribed for everything, just in different doses. Another book “A toxic mother” will help you understand different types of toxic mother archetype, how to recognize their characteristics, patterns and how it affects her children’s behaviour, patterns and decision-making as adults. And most importantly how to healing yourself to have a chance create your own healthy relationship with yourself and partner. I am currently studying for a master’s degree in psychology and have also decided to apply my knowledge and experience by creating courses of my author’s psychotherapy & coaching courses in which a mix of techniques, exercises and short lectures will help and solve different problems. The courses “Me, myself and I” “Me, my mom and I” have already been created as a whole algorithm to help solve problems. The classes are held in an online format with lectures and exercises every other day, as each lecture has practical exercises, techniques and practices to be performed. Those courses have powerful techniques, a clear algorithm and a multidimensional synthesis of concepts that covers a large volume of issues and depth that neither a coach nor a psychotherapist can do in a couple of sessions, and it is impossible. Simply because the course has a fundamental range of themes and requests that enable you to work through them here and now, and a clear strategy to help you make significant changes for a better future in unstable, dynamic times and at new speeds; which will enable and produce powerful changes in the future.
